Challenge

The client faced challenges in user training and system adoption due to inconsistent and unstructured simulation content across Oracle EAM and Viziya platforms. Additionally, training materials were not centrally organized, making it difficult for users to access relevant job aids. Over time, due to continuous system updates and enhancements, the existing User Productivity Kit (UPK) training materials became outdated and no longer aligned with the current Oracle EAM system functionality. Despite this, the client continued to rely on these UPKs to train business users, resulting in gaps in knowledge, incorrect system usage, and reduced efficiency. The client required a scalable, standardized, and user-friendly training solution to refresh and modernize training content by creating updated simulations and presentations using SAP Enable Now Producer, ensuring alignment with current system functionality, improving adoption, reducing errors, and streamlining learning.

Solution

Delivered end-to-end development and enhancement of 100+ training simulations by reviewing, performing, recording, and editing content aligned with real-time processes. Standardized Practice Mode and Demo Mode for consistency and improved user experience. Published and maintained simulation links in the Oracle Job Aid Hierarchy for centralized access. Incorporated continuous feedback for improvements. Worked in Agile (Scrum, Sprint Planning) and resolved technical issues in collaboration with IT teams. Tools used include Oracle EAM, Viziya, SAP Enable Now, and JIRA.
